Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Noticed AI (the "Service"), including our web application and Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Noticed AI Does

Noticed AI uses artificial intelligence to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, match reports, interview preparation materials, and LinkedIn outreach messages based on your resume and a target job description.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your resume. Do not submit false credentials, fabricated experience, or misleading information.
  • Review before use. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by you before submission to employers. You are solely responsible for any materials you submit in a job application.
  • One account. Each person may maintain one account. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
  • Lawful use. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including impersonation, fraud, or harassment.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Noticed AI is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

  • We do not guarantee that generated content will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
  • We do not invent experience, credentials, or qualifications. Our AI reorganizes, rephrases, and highlights information from your uploaded resume. However, AI outputs should always be verified.
  • You assume full responsibility for reviewing and using any content generated by the Service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, job descriptions) and all generated content we create for you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service — including sending text to our AI provider (Anthropic) for generation. This license terminates when you delete your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free tier. Includes 1 tailored resume and 1 cover letter per day at no cost.
  • Paid plans (Pro, Elite). Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact us at the email below.

7. Chrome Extension

The Noticed AI Chrome extension operates on supported job board websites to extract job description text for processing. By installing the extension, you agree that:

  • The extension accesses page content only on recognized job posting pages.
  • Extracted text is transmitted to our servers for AI processing.
  • The extension requires a Noticed AI account (Pro or Elite plan) to generate tailored materials.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service to generate content for someone else's job applications without their knowledge.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated content as a competing service.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or authentication.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noticed AI and Leyden Press LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost income, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
